David Kidder is focused on the strategic growth of the company. He oversees the originations team and all new loan activity, leads corporate branding and marketing efforts and directs internal technology initiatives.

With 20 plus years in real estate finance, Mr. Kidder has closed more than $2 billion worth of debt and equity transactions, having worked as a direct lender, joint venture equity provider and capital advisor. He has held leadership roles across multiple platforms, most recently as President of Landmark Capital Advisors.

Mr. Kidder holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific and is a licensed California real estate broker. He has executive certifications from Insead School of Business and Wharton focused on FinTech and blockchain technology.
