Ping He oversees all accounting and financial management for the company and its affiliated entities. She is responsible for managing financial operations, reporting, audits, taxes, records, internal controls and compliance.

Ms. He has held controller roles for over 15 years with various companies in real estate consulting, development, hospitality, venture capital and investment funds. She was previously a Corporate Controller with TMC Group, and prior to that a corporate controller with Development Planning and Financing Group. She also has expertise in public accounting, specializing in forensic accounting and business valuation.

Ms. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her MBA in Finance from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.
