Newport Capital provided capital for the acquisition of 89 acres and the remaining entitlements for a master-planned community consisting of approximately: 324 multifamily units of 3-story product; 229 2-story detached units; 115 3-story townhome units; 121 2-story townhome units; and 67 homes built for sale.  At the time of acquisition, the borrower was in contract to sell the 89 acres and perfected entitlement to a regional builder.
