Newport Capital provided a $3.4-million bridge-to-construction loan to convert a former motel into a senior living facility in Omaha. The funds paid for the acquisition of the asset, minor abatement and prep work to ready the site for construction.

Situated on four acres in Southwest Omaha, the former Inn & Suites was condemned and sat vacant for five years until the time of acquisition.
