Newport provided a $1.1 million bridge loan to refinance existing debt on a 4,000-square-foot  mixed use property. The property's location on a heavily trafficked street in Long Beach, CA was immediately appealing to Newport as the location alone would attract lenders and buyers when it came time to pay off our loan. The borrower was able to successfully refinance our loan within the 12-month term and proceeds were used to pay off Newport in full.
